Ealing Town Hall at 11am
Join Ealing Friends of the Earth outside Ealing Town Hall at 11.00am Saturday 6 November to show that Ealing wants action from COP26.
We’ll only be there for about 15 to 20 minutes, so please be prompt. We’ll have placards, leaflets and our banner for a photo call.
Afterwards, for those who would like to join the national march, the plan is to walk to Ealing Broadway station to catch the Central Line to Bank station in the City. The national march is due start 12.00 from outside the Bank of England. It goes to Trafalgar square for a rally at about 3pm.
You can of course make your own way to Bank if you are unable to attend the photo call. Click below for details of the London march (note: it is not necessary to RSVP, you can just turn up).

Alternative: Rally in Uxbridge
If you don’t want to travel to central London, Hillingdon Friends of the Earth are planning are planning a rally in Uxbridge on the same day, 6th November, in the heart of the Prime Minister’s constituency.
“We will be meeting outside Five Guys, where The High Street and Windsor Street meet, one minute’s walk from Uxbridge tube and bus stations, at 11.30am. After photographs, at 12 noon we will march along the High Street to 36 Harefield Road, which is the PM’s constituency office. Then we will take more photos and hand in a letter demanding that he stops all investment in fossil fuel project at home and abroad, immediately. The rally should end about 12.30pm, as the walk will not take more than 10-15 minutes.”
